House-price comparison

Uh? House prices soaring in Belgium and the Netherlands (and pretty much every other country), while remaining stable in Switzerland? (interactive chart)

Hi, the explanation says:

"We have been measuring house-price data for many countries since 2002. ...
• The house-price index re-bases country data so they are comparable with each other.
• The real prices measure takes into account inflation in each country.
• House prices against average income is a measure of affordability in each country.
• % change in real terms shows the increase or decrease between two selected dates."
Go, change the timeframe and start with 2002. Completely different picture ^^.
